Return Policy

Return Fees are at buyer expanse except if the product is defective. The buyer has 14 days after delivery to return the product. Over this 14 days, the buyer can return the product in case of non-compliance with the order or defect The right of withdrawal can not be exercised, in particular, when the contract relates to: – The supply of goods made to the specifications of the Buyer or clearly personalized; – Goods which, because of their nature, can not be redirected or are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Shipping Policy

Animalis can suspend your account anytime if they consider that your performance or if your product selection violate their general rules. According to C2Corner’s experience, we believe that Animalis can suspend your account for the following reason (not limitative) The quality of your products or the Condition of your product does not match with your listing The delivery time is too long The tracking are not moving The buyer feedback is low You don’t answer quickly enough to the buyer or you don’t solve the issues as fast as they request If your account is suspended on Animalis In case your account is suspended for the first time, you will need to understand the main reason of your suspension and ask for a reinstatement
