Payment Terms on Backmarket
The Seller wallet will be released on each 6th ,16th and 26th of each month, based on the orders shipped 10 days before.
The orders shipped between 6th and the 16 of the month will be paid on the 26th of the month.
The same rules apply for the other payment decade.
A Retainer can be applied according to Seller’s performance and profile.
Return Policy on Backmarket
Backmarket require a Local Return address for Returns.
Return Fees are at buyer expanse except if the product is defective.
When The buyer returns his product within the warranty period for a defective reason, the seller must provide a PrePaid Return Label.
Double Return : when a product returns back for the second time (technical issue), The product should be changed for a New product or the buyer need to be Refunded.
Triple returns: when the product is returned for the third time for a technical issue, the buyer gets total refund of his order.
For Each Return, The Seller has 5 days to repair, return or refund to the buyer. After 10days the buyer get fully refunded.
Warranty period: 2 Years for New products, 3-6 months for Used or Refurbished.
Accessories have same warranty as the product.
Shipping Policy On Backmarket
The Order must be shipped within 1 day and delivered within 5 days.
This is one of the major Rule that every Seller must respect to sell on Backmarket.
The buyer won’t accept any additional fees like custom fees or any other fees, except if he paid for it when he purchased it.
In case the package is lost or delivered to the wrong person, the buyer can ask for a refund and will have to proove that he has never been delivered.
If his claim is accepted by Backmarket and the Seller, the buyer will be refund.
The tracking need to be inserted ONLY when the order is shipped
The first 100 orders are very important: Backmarket will test your performances, your quality and will measure Buyer feedback.
Tracking Number: You need to generate a valid tracking number for each of your orders and fill it with the right carrier when confirming the shipping of the product.

Backmarket can put your account under Surveillance anytime if they consider that your general performance, controlled by the quality dashboard does not match the minimum requirements from Backmarket.
