Payment Terms on Joom
Joom’s platform will pay merchants twice a month. Payments occur usually on the 1st and 17th of the month.
For merchants in France, Russia, and Turkey:
The period of payment delay is two weeks.
For merchants in China, Japan, and South Korea:
The period of payment delay depends on merchant performance and rating, varying from two (2) to eight (8) weeks.
Except in the following cases:
For new merchants in China, Japan, and South Korea, the period of payment delay is always 8 weeks, which is calculated from the first date of payment.
For merchants whose accounts have been banned (closed) by Joom, the period of payment delay is twelve (12) weeks.
Return Policy on Joom
Joom require a Local Return address for Returns
The buyer can return the product in the following cases:
More than 75 days since the purchase date have passed and the product has not been delivered.
Product quality is significantly worse than that in the relevant product description.
The buyer changed mind on the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product and has not used the product or done anything to it that makes it no longer saleable as new.
Shipping Policy On Joom
Starting August 1, 2018, all orders costing $2 plus shipping from China to Russia (orders of a dangerous kind and package shipping from other regions are excluded) must be shipped via JL.
JL currently support 2 shipping methods to Russia:Simplified Registered Mail(SRM) ,Registered Mail(RM)When the shipment is done via JL, the shipping method will be automatically determined by our system based on product price. This means merchants don’t have to manually choose shipping methods for JL.

A successfull seller on Joom should combine the following criterias:
- The number of products inside your selectIon: the wider, the better
- The content of your listing: insert texte, attractive pictures and bullet point for a quick overview of the product

After Sales Service on Joom
You are in the obligation to answer customer’s messages under maximum 48 hours
You make a commitment to settle as quickly as possible the customers complaints
Please note that according to the law, every product has 2 years warranty if new. Every mention on a 1 year guarantee will be rejected in case of complain
Mandatory to communicate in local Language. Using Google Translate is strictly forbidden
Fight against Fraud and fake items
Counterfaits are strictly forbidden. In case of fake product, the order will be immediately refunded and the shop definitely deactivated.
It will be the same in any case of fraud.
There are some types of items that we don’t allow on Joom’s platform, even if they are legal and otherwise meet Joom’s selling criteria. (Alcohol, Tobacco and other smokeable products)
Sanctioned countries, entities, and individuals
No shipments or sales to parties in any of these countries may be conducted through Joom.
Accounts may not be opened or affiliated with a country or region that Joom does not support
To Avoid Account Suspension on Joom
Must not be false, inaccurate or misleading.
Must not be fraudulent or involve the sale of illegal, counterfeit or stolen items.
Must not infringe upon any third-party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary or intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy.
Must not breach the Agreement, any Site policy or community guidelines, or any applicable law or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising).
Must not contain items that have been identified as hazardous to consumers.
Must not be defamatory, libellous, unlawfully threatening, unlawfully harassing, impersonate or intimidate any person (including Joom staff or other users), or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person, through for example, the use of similar email address, nicknames, or creation of false account(s) or any other method or device.
Must not modify, adapt or hack Joom or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Joom.
Must not solicit business for, direct sales to, or promote any website, service, or entity outside Joom.
If your account is suspended on Joom
In case your account is suspended for the first time, you will need to understand the main reason of your suspension and ask for a reinstatement

Seller Eligibility – KYC On Joom
Joom KYC Require The Following Documents To Open A Shop:
- Your Valid Company Business Registration official document
- A Valid scan of the owner’s ID or the owner’s Passeport
- A picture of legal representatives holding the ID card
- Bank details or payoneer account
- A Valid and signed Status of Incorporation
- Joom will require your shop link on AliExpress, Wish, Amazon, ebay or other marketplaces, and provide the daily order volume and total transaction amount of the top three products of the shop
