The PixPlace marketplace operates on the principle of commission fees on sales

7% commission on Cell Phone/Tablet/GPS new, 9% on refurbished 

7% commission on Household appliances new, 9% on refurbished 

5% commission on laptop and desktop PC new, 7% on refurbished 

5% commission on TV / video new, 7% on refurbished 

10% commission on Toys and video games new, 12% on refurbished 

Payment Terms on Pixmania

PixPlace processes the transaction for you through secure payment and supports the risk of computer fraud. You are paid every 16 days for shipping products, after taking fees and commissions. 

Return Policy on Pixmania

In accordance with the law, every buyer has a statutory withdrawal period. 

It depends on the country of sale. It is up to the buyer to contact you to make his return. 

If you have not shipped the item yet, you can refund the order from your Pixplace back office (order management). If you have already sent the item, ask the customer to send it back to you and then refund it. The credit resulting from this refund will be deducted from the monthly balance transferred to you monthly. 

The management of the after-sales service is also under your responsibility. Pixmania can not be involved in the guarantee of the products sold by the partner merchants.
