Payment Terms on Wish


Wish generally will disburse payments to merchants for their eligible transactions twice per month. Upon making a payment disbursal to the merchant, it may take 5 – 7 business days for the funds to arrive in your merchant or your provider’s account.
If the suspension, The store’s payments are withheld 3 months
For severe violations, the store’s payments are withheld permanently

Return Policy on Wish


Costs of Returns – Unless the merchant shipped the item in error or the delivered item is damaged or defective, the consumer must pay the costs for return shipping.
Costs of Returns – If the purchased items have been shipped before the cancellation, the consumer must pay the costs of return shipping.
The buyer is eligible for a refund if the item is damaged, he should return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
Return of funds – after receipt of a returned item, Wish will return to the consumer the amount of the purchase and the standard shipping fees applied (to the initial shipment to the consumer). Any fees incurred for special or expedited shipping will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy on Wish


All orders must be fulfilled in 5 days, if not, it will be refunded and the associated product may be disabled. (Addendum: Effective August 15, 00:00 UTC, the merchant will also be fined $50 per auto-refunded order)
Orders that qualify for the Confirmed Delivery Policy must be shipped with one of our Confirmed Delivery carriers that provides last mile tracking.
Orders that are not confirmed shipped by the carrier within 168 hours of order released date will be fined
Orders that are fulfilled with fake tracking numbers will be fined
Deceptive Fulfillment Policy (Orders that are fulfilled deceptively are subject to decreased impressions for your store and a fine of $10,000 per incident)
Shipping from Mainland China – WishPost Only (Effective October 22, 2018)
Order Cancellation Fine Policy (If an order is found to have been cancelled or refunded prior to confirmed fulfillment, the merchant will be fined $2 per violating order).

Please note that according to the law, every product has 2 years warranty if new. Every mention on a 1 year guarantee will be rejected in case of complain
Mandatory to communicate in Local Language. Using Google Translate is strictly forbidden

Fight against Fraud and fake items

Counterfeits are strictly forbidden. In case of fake product, the order will be immediately refunded and the shop definitely deactivated.
It will be the same in any case of fraud.

Reasons an account could be suspended for include but not limited to the following:
Asking customers for their personal information
Asking customers to send money
Providing inappropriate customer service
Disingenuous to customer
Asking customers to visit store outside of Wish
Selling fake or counterfeit goods
Violated Wish merchant policy
Related account is suspended
High refund ratio
High auto refund ratio
High chargeback ratio
Registered multiple accounts
Using unconfirmed tracking numbers
Sending empty packages to customers
Using fake tracking numbers Sending packages to the wrong address
High Late Confirmed Fulfillment Rate
High Ratio of Prohibited Products and/or Fake Tracking Orders
Merchant harassment of Wish employees or property

If your account is suspended on Wish

In case your account is suspended for the first time, you will need to understand the main reason of your suspension and ask for a reinstatement

2) Analyze if you are able to improve the situation with some clear actions
3) Set up your action plan internally and test it
4) Write a clear action plan detailing the problems and the actions already implemented

Seller Eligibility – KYC On Wish


Wish KYC require the following documents to open a shop:

  1. Your Valid Company Business Registration official document
  2. A Valid scan of the owner’s ID or the owner’s Passeport
  3. Your European VAT Number
  4. Your Valid Phone Number. A representative of the marketplace might call you for a short interview
  5. A Valid and signed Statuts of Incorporation
  6. Wish will require your shop link on another successfull marketplace to check general datas (buyer feedback, your listings…)
