Wish generally will disburse payments to merchants for their eligible transactions twice per month. Upon making a payment disbursal to the merchant, it may take 5 – 7 business days for the funds to arrive in your merchant or your provider’s account.

Return Policy

Costs of Returns – Unless the merchant shipped the item in error or the delivered item is damaged or defective, the consumer must pay the costs for return shipping.
Costs of Returns – If the purchased items have been shipped before the cancellation, the consumer must pay the costs of return shipping.
The buyer is eligible for a refund if the item is damaged, he should return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
Return of funds – after receipt of a returned item, Wish will return to the consumer the amount of the purchase and the standard shipping fees applied (to the initial shipment to the consumer). Any fees incurred for special or expedited shipping will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy

All orders must be fulfilled in 5 days
Orders that qualify for the Confirmed Delivery Policy must be shipped with one of our Confirmed Delivery carriers that provides last mile tracking.
Shipping from Mainland China – WishPost Only (Effective October 22, 2018)
The buyer won’t accept any additional fees like custom fees or any other fees.
The tracking need to be inserted ONLY when the order is shipped.
The returns must be prepaid by the Seller when the Return is for a Defective product.
Tracking Number: You need to generate a valid tracking number for each of your orders and fill it with the right carrier when confirming the shipping of the product. As a security, please add this tracking number in a message on the order.

To Avoid Account Suspension

Wish can suspend your account anytime if they consider that your performance or if your product selection violate their general rules.
According to C2Corner’s experience, we believe that Wish can suspend your account for the following reason (not limitative)
The quality of your products or the Condition of your product does not match with your listing
The claim Rate is high
The Return rate is high
The delivery time is too long
The tracking are not moving
The buyer feedback is low
You don’t answer quickly enough to the buyer or you don’t solve the issues as fast as they request
If your account is suspended on Wish
In case your account is suspended for the first time, you will need to understand the main reason of your suspension and ask for a reinstatement

Seller Eligibility – KYC

Wish KYC require the following documents to open a shop:
1. Your Valid Company Business Registration official document
2. A Valid scan of the owner’s ID or the owner’s Passeport
3. Your European VAT Number
4. Your Valid Phone Number. A representative of the marketplace might call you for a short interview
5. A Valid and signed Statuts of Incorporation
6. Wish will require your shop link on another successfull marketplace to check general datas (buyer feedback, your listings…)
